I have been immersed in BBQ culture my whole life. I was raised in Kansas City, KS and spent my young adult years in Texas. I have worked with top chefs at 4 different country clubs and was a kitchen manager for Jim n Nick's BBQ!

BBQ is a lot of work

I will cook your BBQ low and slow and deliver it anywhere in the greater Kansas City area. This way you can enjoy great BBQ without spending hours by the smoker!

I cook to order

Just let me know what meats and sides you want for your small BBQ gathering. I will purchase all groceries for you, prepare, cook and deliver!
